Roofing Warranties
Mike Killeen Quality Roofing Co. stands behind every roof we install through manufacturer-backed material warranties, our own workmanship guarantee, and full state licensing and bonding.
Manufacturer Warranties
As a certified installer for both CertainTeed and GAF, we're able to offer manufacturer-backed warranties that go beyond standard coverage. Our CertainTeed ShingleMaster PRO status, held since 2017, reflects a track record of quality installations recognized directly by the manufacturer. Depending on the CertainTeed system installed on your home, this certification can qualify you for extended material and workmanship coverage — we'll walk you through which options apply once we've scoped your project.
We also hold GAF Certified Plus certification, which allows us to offer the System Plus Limited Warranty and the Silver Pledge Limited Warranty on qualifying GAF roof systems. Coverage, terms, and eligibility vary depending on the products installed, so we'll confirm exactly what your roof qualifies for as part of your estimate.
